1930’s Berlin becomes a fascinatingly dark and sexually charged haven of decadence. The real world is preparing for the horrors of war but the morally ambiguous characters in Cabaret are determined to keep up appearances.
And at its heart is the legendary Sally Bowles who performs nightly at the infamous Kit Kat Klub in ‘a shimmering masterpiece of a show guaranteed night after night! It’s divine decadence darling!’
Please note: This production of Cabaret is recommended as suitable for over 12s, subject to parental/teacher guidance, as the subject matter deals with adult themes and the staging includes some brief moments of nudity.

“Brash, vulgar, sometimes downright obscene, I loved every minute of it” - Sunday Times
“An outrageously funny musical for the iPod generation. Cross Sesame Street with the Muppet Show give it an X rating and slap on a Government Health Warning that too much laughter can make your sides ache and you’ve got Avenue Q, A MUST SEE ” - Radio 2
This fantastic show is set in a fictitious New York block that is inhabited by an odball but likeable collection of people. Characters include Christmas Eve and hubby Brian, sloppy Nicky, closeted Rod, lost soul Princeton, lovelorn Kate, porn-happy Monster, and the superbly-named Lucy the Slut.
With language like sailors this odd bunch engage in puppet coitus, and spout forth on lesson of life. The topics are certainly not suitable for Sesame Street!
With adult themes the show isn’t suitable for children, but with a good sense of humour the show is a hilarious way to spend an evening.
